Dry vibration material for intermediate frequency furnace
The intermediate frequency induction furnace is made of copper coils wound around the outside of the furnace. The metal charge is installed in the furnace. When an alternating current passes through the induction coil, an alternating magnetic flux is generated in the coil. An induced current is generated within a certain depth on the surface, which causes the charge to heat and melt. The furnace lining is made of refractory material, which requires good erosion resistance, anti-stripping, no cracks, and long service life. It fully meets the requirements of domestic intermediate frequency furnaces for smelting stainless steel, special steel and non-ferrous metals.
